Thank you to everyone who supported my Independent Campaign for Congress. I am deeply grateful!

To the volunteers, supporters, friends and neighbors who gave their time, energy, encouragement, ideas, front yards (for signs) and hard work — I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for showing up, hosting events, circulating petitions, making calls, offering advice, putting up signs, contributing and supporting our message, a message that starts with the need to bridge the partisan divide hurting our country. It is critical that elected leaders cease dividing us and work for all of us, not for one party or the other.

I am grateful to every voter who took the time to listen, ask questions, share concerns, and participate in this election. Whether you voted for me or not, your engagement matters. Democracy depends on “we the people” caring enough to be informed and involved, to question, participate, and vote.
